MightyBee Signature Burger


For the patty

¼ cup red onion minced

2 tablespoons olive oil

5 button mushrooms

1/3 cup MightyBee virgin coconut meat

60g broccoli florets

1/8 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley

2 teaspoons chickpea or gram flour


Bread roll

Tomato slices

Onion rings



1. In a pan, fry the onion in the oil. Add mushrooms, coconut meat and broccoli and cook for 3 minutes. Transfer to a food processor, add the parsley, the flour and the salt and mix thoroughly. Let it cool down for a few minutes.

2. Shape into patties with your hands and cook for a few minutes on each side. You can cook them in the oven too. For best result, we suggest however a frying pan with no oil.

3. Serve as sandwich or skinny with veggies on the side.
