BANANITO Solar-Dried Banana Bar is naturally delicious and totally guilt-free, with nothing added and nothing taken away. It relies solely on the natural sweetness of its’ key ingredient, the Kluai Namwa Lady Finger banana from Phitsanulok, Thailand.
The bars are generously coated in Belgian dark chocolate and premium almonds for sumptuous snacking.
Our bananas are grown in a chemical-free environment and picked only when ripe, allowing us to use the bananas at optimum nutrient level. Thanks to a pioneering ‘solar-drying’ production method, these nutrients then remain intact from banana to bar.
Solar-drying entails ginormous Parabola domes where our bananas are gently and gradually dried - ONLY BY NATURE. The method was developed with the Silpakorn University and the Thai Research Fund, and completely removes electricity from the process allowing for a more sustainable method of production.
